Reservation Deposit
What we do when you know that you want to book a cottage is to
get your particulars (name, phone number, scheduled
arrival/departure, etc..) and then get a credit card #, which we
bill a $100 deposit to your total bill to guarantee the
reservation ($200 for large cottage). We have a 7 day
cancellation policy, which refunds the deposit (-$10 processing
fee) if you have to cancel 7 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date.

Pet Policy
We do accept pets in several of our units. All of them are the
regular efficiency cottages that can
accommodate up to four people. These are cottages # 3, 4, 5, 6, 12
& 13. Please reference these
cottages when making a reservation and Ms Maggie can check on
availability. Listed below is the pet
policy to be followed when you stay in a unit that accepts pets:
If you are staying in a
cottage that accepts pets, you must bring a kennel that the pets
stay in when
you are not there (I know that you take them with you everywhere,
but you still need the kennel).
Our insurance requires that we have access to the rooms at all times
and we are more afraid that the
pet might get out.
Our normal daily/weekly pet fee is $10/day
for each pet. If you rent for the month,
we have a flat fee of $100/mo.
Housekeeping will inspect
your
room at time of departure and will
handle any issues at that time.
